Chantara Restaurant: derives its name from "Chan" (moon) " Tara" (water) and offers authentic Thai cuisine. With spectacular views over the bay and sea, Chantara offers an extensive variety of Thai cuisine to match individual dietary preferences, from tantalizing salads, seafood, poultry and pastas and unique Thai deserts. An extensive international wine list is available including Thai premium wines to compliment the cuisine.

An air conditioned sala is adjacent to Chantara for guests who prefer such an ambience or for private celebrations. Individual set menus are available encompassing the diverse tastes of the various regions of Thailand.
